Yes — you need to step outside during the service. You can return immediately afterwards. Simply open all windows and doors to allow air to circulate and ventilate the space.

You can re-enter immediately after the service is complete. Open all windows to allow for ventilation — the smell is minimal and will be completely gone within 30 minutes.

It typically takes about 20 days for the treatment to reach full effect due to the pesticide's 20-day residual action. The increased pest activity you may notice in the first few days is a positive sign — hidden cockroaches are being flushed out as they contact the chemical and emerge before dying.

A decrease in numbers will start soon after treatment and continue steadily over the next 10–15 days.

To ensure the best results, please follow these steps after treatment:

• Ventilate — open windows and doors to let fresh air circulate
• Wash utensils — wash all cooking and eating utensils thoroughly before use
• Leave treated surfaces — allow the treatment to dry completely before wiping surfaces
• Leave gel baits undisturbed — avoid moving or wiping gel baits placed behind or inside appliances

Yes — we offer a 3-month guarantee on our treatments. Please note:

• The guarantee applies only where good hygiene practices are maintained after treatment
• Our technicians may recommend a follow-up service if the infestation is assessed as HIGH severity
• Follow-up services do not fall under the guarantee and are billed separately

Our commercial hygiene solutions include installation and ongoing servicing of hand dryers, soap dispensers, sanitary bins, and feminine hygiene units; deep cleaning of offices, bathrooms, and carpets; bulk consumable supplies (toilet paper, soap, hand sanitiser); and anti-microbial fogging and full disinfection services. Monthly service contracts are available at competitive rates.

Both options are available. Hygiene equipment (dispensers, bins, dryers) can be provided on a rental basis as part of a monthly service contract, or purchased outright. Rental contracts include regular servicing, consumable top-ups, and replacement of faulty units.
